Standard rebuild 

Supply and fit new water pump.

Skim head and fit new valve guides

Fit new valves and springs.

Fit new cam bearings.

Fit new timing chains, guides and tensioner

Fit new oil pump.

Rebore and fit new pistons

Regrind crankshaft and fit new bearings

All new gaskets and seals

Vapour blast carburettors, cylinder head

Electroplate fasteners

Supply and fit new distributor

Powder coat pulleys and brackets

Rebuild carburettors

Polish cam covers and cam chain cover

Supply and fit new chrome head nuts and washers.

Fit service ancilliary items (plugs, oil filter, pulley belts, hoses etc)

Run and test engine in test bed.

Additional upgrades available:

Fit lipseal conversion to rear of crankshaft 

Supply and fit lightened uprated starter motor.
